This Privacy Policy describes how Express Bail Bonds ("we", "our", "us") handles personal information you share when you call, email, or submit our contact form. We are a Colorado-licensed bail bond company with one office at 1304 Elati Street, Denver, CO.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect only what you give us: typically a name, phone number or email, and a description of the situation. If we agree to post a bond, we collect the additional documentation that the booking facility and Colorado regulations require — government identification for the cosigner, the defendant's booking information, and signature on the bond agreement.

Our website does not run third-party analytics that build profiles of you across other sites.

What we do with it

We use the information you share to do the thing you asked us to do — answer your question or post the bond. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing mark@expressbailbonds.com or calling (720) 984-2245. Some records we are required by Colorado regulations to retain — bond paperwork in particular. Outside of those records, we will delete your information on request.

Data security

We treat your information the way we'd want our own treated. Files are kept in access-controlled systems. Bond paperwork that requires physical storage is kept in our secured office. If you have specific questions about how a particular piece of your information is stored, ask — we will tell you.
